The Proposer shall provide all labor, material, and equipment required to perform the Service described as: ENERGY RELATED ONLINE GAMES AND HOSTING This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to acquire (license or have developed) and have maintained three hosted energy-related games for up to six kiosks to be located in our Customer Service Center lobby. The goal is to provide customers with educational and entertaining games to improve their knowledge or appreciation of energy and energy efficiency and provide a memorable lobby visiting experience. We expect to acquire up to three different games using customer feedback along with pricing criteria. Customer feedback will be gathered through a process encouraging customers to “test-drive” the games on a dedicated website. Customers will be able to rate the games and the highest rated games will be selected for pricing evaluation. An independent 3rd party facilitator will be used to review game submissions and setup the evaluation website for customers, track customer feedback and recommend the games that should move through to the pricing evaluation. A. Demonstrate stability of company B. Provide one (1) energy-related game per proposal C. Provide project management services and provide deliverables D. Provide overall game operational support and up-time E. Solution must provide reporting and performance data F.
