Description :

The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to remove, transport, design, and connect, construct, startup, and commission the Auxiliary Boiler #2 at SCA’s Cogeneration Plant in accordance with the contract.
The relocated SCA Auxiliary Boiler #2 shall be a saturated steam, natural gas-fired, water tube boiler, with SCR, aqueous ammonia vaporization skid, PLC controls, and with all necessary equipment for standalone operation.  Work scope shall include placement and connection of economizer, SCR, associated ducting, deaerator, boiler feedpumps, boiler stack, and CEMS system at the SCA site.  Work scope shall include start-up, testing, and commissioning of new boiler system at SCA.

Work scope includes removal of both boilers from Capital Commerce Center boiler room, transfer of one boiler to SCA and placement upon new pad, transport of one boiler to CVFA site and placement on pad, and removal of deaerator, and transport and placement at CVFA site on new pad.  Capital Commerce Center boiler room shall be restored to pre-work conditions as acceptable by Plant owner.

Instructions:	A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 18, and will include a site visit to the three jobsite locations starting at the Sacramento Cogeneration Authority’s Proctor and Gamble Cogen, the Capital Commerce Center (formerly Campbell’s Soup Company), and the Central Valley Finance Authority’s Carson Ice Co-Gen.
