SMUD is requesting professional services to assist in License implementation in four basic service areas: 1) Ecological Monitoring; 2) Resource and Facilities Management; 3) Recreation Planning and Management; and 4) Information Management (plans, reports, and data). Most of the monitoring and/or management plans required within the first two years following License issuance have already been completed or are in the process of such by SMUD and PG&E. Therefore, services provided under this contract would largely include the implementation of FERC–approved plans developed under a previous contract.
