Description :
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit a proposal for a long term Supporting Services Agreement (SSA) to optimize, support and report on the System 1® Optimization and Diagnostic Platform used to monitor ten (10) hydroelectric units as part of the Upper American River Project (UARP). SMUD expects to award one (1) contract and the duration shall be for a period of five (5) years beginning in January, 2017. This will be a task driven contract and commitment to partial funding of the not to exceed value will be detailed within each task order.
