Please direct all questions to RenewableEnergy.RFOQuestions@smud.org SMUD, is soliciting cost-effective solar generation that adds value to SMUD’s overall resource portfolio. Specifically this Request for Offers (RFO) is seeking qualified Offers for the Rancho Seco PV Solar Farm II Project Development, with the intent of negotiating and executing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with contract duration of at least twenty (20) years. SMUD environmental permitting efforts should be complete in time to allow for start of construction in 2019. A Commercial Operations Date (COD) in 2019, and no later than early 2020, is desired.

Instructions:
Attendance at one of the four site visits is a requirement to submit an offer. Site visits will be held on November 15th, 16th 29th, and December 9th. The first and last names of any attendees and the date for the site visit he or she will be attending will need to be provided via email at renewableenergy.rfoquestions@smud.org by November 14th for attendance on either November 15th or 16th, by November 28th for attendance on November 29th, and by December 8th for attendance on December 9th.
