Description :
SMUD is seeking a proposal from qualified consultants to assist in the effort of managing the integration of SMUD/BANC operations into the CAISO EIM. The Consultant is expected to bring to this effort experience in energy markets in general, EIM/organized market implementation, basic utility operations, and project management. This consultant team is expected to assist in developing a detailed project plan (including cost and schedule estimates, and project organization), maintaining the project plan and schedule, advising the Leadership Team on project issues, and supporting the Leadership Team during project meetings for both in-house and CAISO discussions.
