GENERAL ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR (A)

Description :

The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the Contract. The work generally consists of:
? Restoration of an existing boat ramp at Loon Lake Reservoir.
? Installation of erosion control devices, fences, and other structures as required for the protection of environmentally sensitive areas and for public in accordance with project permits and specifications.
? Remove and recycle existing boat ramp concrete and subsurface material.
? Import new fill material as needed and approved by the Engineer.
? Construct new concrete boat ramp surface.
? Procure and install burlap wrapped bags with concrete to fill voids under the edges of the existing boat ramp.
? Procure and install rip-rap.
? Removal of all temporary structures and restoration of the construction area following Project completion.
Any minor item of the work not listed above, but required to meet the intent of the Project, and is normally provided for the proper installation of such work, shall be provided as if specifically called for in these specifications.
