Description :

SMUD is requesting bids to establish a three-year Contract with more than one Supplier to primarily support the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) Line crews with a reliable and continuous supply of Ready-Mix concrete. Other SMUD work groups will be permitted to use this Contract with the approval of SMUD’s Contract Manager. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the Contract. The work generally consists of: cast-in-place concrete for footings, slabs, vaults, manholes, buildings, and other structures, but not including duct encasement. Work shall conform with SMUD’s Standard Specifications SS4001 and SMUD Engineering Drawing A-1043 along with the following non-SMUD Standards listed in the IFB.
