Instructions:	A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference followed by a site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at SMUD's Hydropower Headquarters located at 3995 Old Carson Road, Pollock Pines, CA 95726 The mandatory pre-bid will entail two phases; a conference room discussion of the bid documents and scope of work followed by a site visit to Adit #2 to look at the bulkhead door and staging areas. Adit #2 generally has 4-6” of water and silt (tunnel muck) for much of the length. Appropriate footwear, hardhats and lights should be worn by all entrants into the tunnel. Should time allow, we will proceed over to Adit #1 to see additional geology.
