Description :
SMUD is requesting proposals from providers experienced in providing Program Management leadership in the implementation of complex rates and programs in an electric utility environment. In addition to Program Management, SMUD is seeking key resources that have strong Project Management experience; including development and execution of complex utility change and transformation efforts. The Contractor will provide senior leadership development and capacity enhancement services. This includes the coaching, mentoring, and development of internal stakeholders. The selected Contractor will provide 1:1 and group coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to enhance the senior leadership team’s skills and capacity to equip them to implement future complex Rate Processes. SMUD intends to award one (1) contract for two (2) years with the option to extend two (2) additional years for a not to exceed amount.
