The Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) is soliciting bids from Avaya Certified Diamond Partners to provide Avaya Professional Services. SMUD intends to award multiple contracts under this RFP to cover the professional services, hardware and software and all services will be optioned on a task order basis, as needed. This contract will for a three (3) year term with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions.
