We’re excited to release a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the purchase and development of SMUD’s former corporation yard on 59th Street. The 20-acre infill site is located at 59th Street in Sacramento, California, between Folsom Boulevard and U.S. Highway 50. We’re seeking a developer who will create an innovative and sustainable mixed-use property consistent with SMUD’s energy and climate goals. RFQ finalists will be invited to respond to the Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be selected based the requirements and criteria described in the RFQ. There will be a pre-submittal meeting at 10:00 am October 2, 2019 and an environmental information session at 10 a.m. on October 8, 2019. Both meetings will be held at SMUD’s Customer Service Center at 6301 S Street, Sacramento, 95817. For more information please visit smud.org/59thST.
