Description :

The work generally consists of performing right-of-way maintenance work on SMUD’s Transmission and Distribution Systems on a task order basis for the period of approximately three years with an option for two annual one year extensions.

The work is further described in the Technical Conditions.

SMUD intends to award two or more contracts to the highest rated Proposers as a result of this solicitation. The work to be performed under the resulting contracts shall be in the form of individual Purchase Orders/ SAP Notifications.
