Contractor shall provide, on an as needed basis, vegetation management activities, which includes, but are not limited to, project set-up, project site coordination, project administration and management, detailed vegetation inventory data and analysis, and project status reporting, which includes weekly/monthly updates. Extensive coordination with federal landowners, and industrial timber landowners. Full oversight and management of direct meetings, both in office and field must be managed with extensive knowledge of federal and state regulations, and ability to initiate, set-up, manage and oversee all aspect to the following operations; Timber Harvest Plans, Shaded Fuel Breaks, and general fuels reduction activities. Required exceptional demonstrated knowledge in California, of state and federal regulations of these activities. Specific oversight to ensure appropriate resources (qualified and non-qualified) as appropriate for the work type.
