Instructions:	A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 16, at SMUD's Customer Service Center Offices located at 6301 S Street, Sacramento, California. Please check in with Security to obtain a visitors badge. It is mandatory that all Proposers attend this conference to ensure a complete understanding of the details of this Request for Proposal. Only Qualified Proposers may attend this conference. Please see Pass/Fail Evaluation Criteria for additional requirements. Pre-Registration on the EBSS WEBSITE is MANDATORY.
