Description :

The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the Contract.  The work generally consists of installation of the following general items: above ground water tank, water distribution system, shoreline access trails, campsite improvements / amenities, roadway reconstruction, RV Dump Station improvement, Entry kiosk improvements, and other improvements and appurtenances as described in the contract documents.
