Description :

The Sacramento Municipal Utility District, hereinafter referred to as SMUD, is seeking proposals for the implementation of an Automated Segregation of Duties (SOD) Control Monitoring Software and Implementation Services.  This Request for Proposal outlines SMUD’s information technology requirements for a Systems Integrator (SI) to SMUD in the selection and implementation of an SOD tool.  

SMUD seeks to achieve the following objectives: 
?	Procurement of software capable of performing SOD conflict reporting at the end user account and role levels with automated monitoring and with alert management features,
?	Professional services engagement of a SI for the purpose of leading and guiding SMUD project staff in the installation, configuration, design, development, integration, testing and successful implementation of the SOD solution to include all layers of technology Hardware, OS, Database, Application, Presentation (GUI), and Web Interface that will meet SMUD’s Requirements.
This procurement is for a three-year term for the SOD Software Solution, with two 1-year options to extend.
