The Proposer shall provide all labor required to perform the Service described as: MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR AVAYA PARTNER - AVAYA EXPERIENCE PORTAL INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE (IVR) APPLICATION DESIGN The Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a Master Services Agreement for an Avaya partner to provide IVR application design, development and testing on a task order basis. The partner must be highly experienced with the Avaya Aura Experience Portal 7.X platform and be able develop IVR applications in Orchestration Designer (IDE). The partner must be familiar with source control and concurrent development concepts and tools using SVN or similar tool(s). The engagement duration is for a three (3) year period and will be awarded to the highest evaluated proposer. See attached Request for Proposal document for full scope details.
