2.1.	GENERAL
The Proposer shall provide all labor, material, and equipment required to perform the Service described as:	
Offset Printing Press, Offset Press Printing, Quick Turnaround Copy and Bindery Services

This is a sheltered market solicitation and is only open to small business verified as part of the Supplier Education & Economic Development (SEED) program. We intend  to award one contract for a three-year period for a not-to-exceed amount of $246,000.

Contractor shall provide offset printing press (all jobs will include bleeds), quick turnaround, commercial grade copy and bindery services 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for color, black, white and mixed documents of various sizes.  Examples of typical jobs include, but are not limited to the following:
•	One original document 8.5 x 11, 8.5 x 14, 11 x 17 or any combination of these sizes for up to 5,000 single sided color and/or black and white copies
•	Two original documents 8.5 x 11, 8.5 x 14, 11 x 17 or any combination of these sizes for up to 5,000 two-sided color and/or black and white copies
•	Multiple page reports and handouts in color and or black and white, stapled for 50 to 1,000 copies.  Report size could be 8.5 x 11, 8.5 x 14, 11 x 17 or any combination of these sizes.
•	One sided printing on 5-position tabs
•	Printing on 4 color press (off set printing) items of various sizes (from 7.25 inches x 4 inches to 18 inches x 24 inches) in quantities from 3,000 to 500,000
•	Business card printing and cutting
•	Single, 2, and 3-hole drilling
•	Specialized die-cut. For door hangers 1.25-inch diameter circle .5 inch from top edge center
•	Printing of quarterly magazine (24-36 page) on 4 color press
•	Folding with various paper sizes– such as letter fold, half fold, double parallel
•	Cutting – various cuts
•	Stapling – single staple, double staple, saddle staple
•	Binding – tape binding, plastic coil binding, plastic spiral binding
