Description :
The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the Contract. The work, described in detail in the Technical Requirements, generally consists of relocating office contents for approximately 384 staff, which will be packed and unpacked by SMUD, and other identified specialty equipment and furniture. Contractor will not be moving existing cubicles. SMUD estimates the contract value to be between $300,000 and $500,000.
