Background:

SMUD is constructing the new Station E Substation and is seeking a qualified bidder to provide the control & power cable equipment associated with the substation installation. This procurement is time-sensitive and will require the  bidder furnish and deliver the cable SMUD's project location (Sacramento, CA). SMUD will offload & take possession of the cable at the delivery site.
