We are excited to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purchase and development of SMUD’s former corporation yard on 59th Street. The 20-acre infill site is located at 59th Street in Sacramento, California, between Folsom Boulevard and U.S. Highway 50. We are seeking a developer who will create an innovative and sustainable mixed-use property consistent with SMUD’s energy and climate goals. SMUD will only accept proposals from the eligible proposer's who participated in the previous RFQ 190180.DJM.
