Description :

The Proposer shall provide the District with Professional Engineering Services for a Natural Gas Pipeline Relocation Project.  SMUD will manage the project by soliciting professional engineering services through this RFP and later soliciting procurement and construction bids using documents and drawings developed by the engineer. The successful Proposer will be responsible for the work scope items delineated in the Scope of Services section of the attached RFP.
